At Costumekingdom.com, customers can feel safe knowing they offer Hassle Free Returns. The return policy is that customers have 14 days from the time they get their order to return it. Some small restrictions do apply. All items must be returned complete with undamaged packaging and all pieces neatly included for eligibility.

Please note, returns are not accepted on orders placed between October 15th and November 15. Most items can be returned within 14 days from Delivery Date. Refunds are for the price of the merchandise only and any shipping charges are not refunded. Any and all orders with a free shipping promotion will be credited back the price of the item less the cost of what it cost to ship the item out to you.

The following Items are not returnable if opened under any circumstances; this is done for sanitary reasons.

• Wigs, beards and facial hair
• Make up, teeth and or fangs
• Hosiery and undergarments
• Shoes and boots (Shoes that show obvious wear or are missing the original packaging are not returnable.)

Any order that contains 4 or more of the same item and is returned is considered a special order and is subject to a 15% restocking fee and all other return policies apply.

If you need a different size item or costume, you must place a new order for the needed replacement item(s) and then return the item(s) you have already received. This is to ensure the item you want is still available and to ensure the fastest delivery of your replacement item(s).

Once your package has been received at costumekingdom.com, your refund will be processed in a timely manner. Most returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt of return, during Halloween please allow up to 2 weeks. You will be notified via email when this refund has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information.

ALL ORDERS PLACED FROM OCTOBER 15TH TO NOVEMBER 15TH ARE NON RETURNABLE.
